Shipping

Orders received before 14.00 CET will be shipped the same day (except weekends and public holidays). Under normal circumstances delivery will be within 1-4 weekdays.

Shipping to: 

 At the moment we only ship to above-mentioned countries. All delivery times are subject to custom checks and please contact the Lipati team should you have any issues. The payment will be processed once the order is shipped.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are sure you will love your Lipati product. If the product does not meet your expectations no matter how you run, you are welcome to return it within 60-days and we will refund you. We believe in our products and give you a 60-days full satisfaction guarantee.

Returns and exchanges

For exchanges and returns, contact us here: hello@lipati.com. Please do not return a package without purchase number. We give a 24 months warranty on any manufacturer or material defect. Contact us if you have a material or manufacturer defect.

Product Care

All our products are made with the highest quality materials and built to last. Follow the care instructions at each product. The simple advise is to wash inside-out at a maximum temperature of 40 C and then hang dry (never trumble dry).
